Dear Parishioners of St. Paul's,
 
The Diocesan guidelines call for a Transition Team to assist a parish to make the huge adjustment from saying good-bye to one priest to beginning to look for another.
 
This Sunday, July 23rd following Mass, we will be hosting an informal small group discussion to share our reactions to Father Cullen's departure, to ask questions and to start looking at the road ahead as we search for a new rector. We'll meet in the Library on the second floor of the Rectory.
 
This is an ongoing group, so if you miss this one, don't worry, another will be offered in two weeks on Sunday, August 6.
 
Transition Committee is also charged to plan a celebration of outgoing clergy. We know that everyone at St. Paul's will want to give Fr. Cullen a great send-off, and we should start planning a festive occasion for the afternoon of his last Mass, on Sunday, September 10.
