Our annual auction is only a few short months away!  

As you may know, for the last 24 years, we have benefited from Madge Willner’s unparalleled commitment and energy to lead our auctions.  This year, Madge is stepping down as chair of the auction.  In the past, Madge has put in countless hours:

  • working with donors to secure their ongoing support,
  • researching the history behind many a potential treasure,
  • writing numerous catalogues,
  • printing all of the bid sheets, labels, cards and tags,
  • keeping spreadsheet records of all the donations and purchases,
  • organizing volunteers for planning and physical work,
  • overseeing every element of the night from first arrivals to the final gavel,
  • helping raise thousands of dollars for St. Paul’s
  • establishing an event our community has grown to love.

Clearly, Madge will be a tough act to follow.  Although she will continue to pitch in and help, the Fund Raising Committee is now entrusted with the task of running this year’s auction.  With your participation, we hope to approximate the success that we have created in the past.
With this in mind, we need and welcome your thoughts and ideas to make this a
wonderful evening.  Below is a link to a short questionnaire.  It will only take you a minute to answer six questions and will give us a better understanding of the kind of event and items that you might like.
