WELCOME TO FR. WALLACE
- We are happy to welcome our new Interim Director, The Rev. Dr. Sean Wallace, who will be joining us for the first time on Sunday. You can read a brief biography of Fr. Wallace on our website (www.stpaulscarrollst.org) or pick up a copy from any of the ushers. Please introduce yourself to him and help him feel the St. Paul’s welcome.
FOOD DRIVE
- The Sunday School class is gearing up for it's annual fall food drive for First Presbyterian's food pantry. Starting this coming Sunday, November 5 and continued through the month of November, the children invite you to place donations of non-perishable food items in the bins that are located in the rear of the church. Of particular need are protein items, such as peanut butter, tuna, and cans of Vienna sausages. Also needed are boxes of pasta, bags of rice, pasta sauce, canned vegetables, canned soup, juice, and other such items. Please do not bring any opened or expired items! And as always, thank you for all your generous donations!!! If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with Jean Del Colliano.
STEWARDSHIP
Please hand in your pledge card
- The Stewardship Committee has set a 2018 giving goal of $180,000. So far we have received about half that amount. If you haven’t pledge yet, please do so as soon as possible. On Sunday, you can request a pledge card from the ushers and leave it the plate, or take it home to mail later. In this time of transition, your generous pledge toward our goal will determine the scope of our ministry in the coming year.
