Last Week's Flea Market
We raised: over $3,500! This is a record for us. Our thanks go especially to Sandy Miller and her amazing crew, and to all who made donations of items to be sold, and those who baked for the bake sale, or grilled for the lunches, drove unused items to Good Will, set up, cleaned up, greeted visitors, or just plain invited people, came, and bought stuff. Thank you very, very much.
COMING UP AT ST. PAUL'S
Changing gears for the season: From June 4, till September 24, Sunday masses begin at 10:00. During summer hot days mass is celebrated with simple ceremonial, and lemonade and iced tea replace coffee after mass.
Prayer Vigil for Pentecost: In anticipation of the Feast of Pentecost, all are invited to attend the ecumenical Prayer Vigil to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, at Sacred Hearts and St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church at the corner of Summit and Hicks Streets. Our choir will offer one of the anthems. It was our Lord himself who requested all of his disciples to gather in prayer for the promised gift of his Holy Spirit.
