The Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost, July 31, 2016
Low Mass with Hymns: 10:00
Sunday's Appointed Readings: Colossians 3:1-11; Luke 12:13-21; Preaching: The Rector.
SUNDAY’S SPECIAL SUMMERTIME EVENT
Parish Walk in Prospect Park: This Sunday, July 31, after Mass. In the past, parishioners have headed up to the Catskills to hike; this summer, Jennie Kessler is inviting all of us to join her on a gentler walk through one of the most bucolic urban parks in the world, Brooklyn’s own Prospect Park. Wear your hiking shoes to mass on Sunday, July 31; then join fellow parishioners on this walk through God’s glorious creation, somewhat rearranged by Vaux and Olmstead.
