THIS COMING SUNDAY
Low Sunday, April 12, 2015
- SUNDAY'S APPOINTED MASS READINGS: Acts 4:32-35; Psalm 133; 1st John 1:1-2:2; John 20:19-31; Preaching: the Rector
- LOW SUNDAY at St. Paul’s: In thankful consideration of the efforts of all those who worked so long over the holy days, it is our parish custom to celebrate a simple mass with hymns on the Second Sunday of Easter, thus allowing all of our volunteers a respite in which to worship the Lord with quiet, relaxed reflection.
- COMPLINE Low Sunday evening at 9:00: A quiet benediction at end the Lord’s Day. Psalms and Prayers of the Prayer Book Office of Compline are sung by a small schola in the candlelit church.
- NO SUNDAY SCHOOL THIS SUNDAY: Classes resume on April 19. The final Sunday of the spring semester will be May 17.
