The Church

Saint Paul’s Church itself can be rented for religious observances, film shoots, musical recordings etc. The church was built from 1867 to 1884 and was designed by Richard Upjohn & Son in the High Victorian Gothic style. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Cullen Hall

Saint Paul’s parish hall, Cullen Hall, is a venue for celebrations, meetings or performances for up to 100 seated guests or 120 standing and seated. Its dimensions are approximately 30×40’. It has tall, open Cathedral ceilings with dark oak beam work. Oak wainscoting and floors together with stained-glass windows lend a warm ambiance. The hall is heated and airconditioned for year-round comfort. A small entry patio may be used in good weather. The hall is fully ADA compliant and features two newly renovated restrooms directly adjacent to the space.

The Hall can also be rented on a weekly or monthly basis for recurring classes or events such as meditation, yoga, ballet, senior sports, instruction, singing, or similar activities.

The Hall has microphone and wall speakers for presentations, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets throughout for music or video streaming devices, microphones or amplifiers. A piano can be made available upon request.

Benches line the walls of the Hall. Eight rectangular tables seating 8 can be made available, as well as 40 stackable chairs.

Cullen Hall is directly connected to a newly renovated kitchen, featuring a 30” induction cooktop, a 30” Frigidaire refrigerator, 30” electric double wall ovens, a microwave, a quick-cycling Miele dishwasher, and a Fetco coffee maker.

The Saint Andrew’s House Library

The Library is located on the second floor of the Rectory, Saint Andrew’s House. Lined with bookcases, the approximately 500 sqft Library is painted and paneled in warm tones. Its casement windows with their diamond-shaped glass pattern enhance its historic feel. There is a massive wooden center table seating some 20 people, and additional chairs around the perimeter. The associated bathroom is one floor below. Coffee and tea service can be set up. The Library is best suited for meetings and presentations, but has also been used for film holding and for dinners. It can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis for recurring classes or events.

Sunday School room

The Sunday School room has a dimension of about 20×20’. It contains a small kitchenette and a closet storing folding chairs. Apart from a small table, it is otherwise empty. A bathroom can be found down the hall. It is the most utilitarian of Saint Paul’s spaces and can be set up to suit a renter’s short-term or recurring requirements.
